			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am trying to get my head around the law with regards to towing a trailer in the UK and have started to upload all of the information I can find.</p>
<p>I must admit that as with most UK law, it is a minefield out there and you would have to be a lawyer to fully understand the rules. Add to this the UK Police force who seem to be able to make up the rules to suit themselves and you have a situation where even the good honest UK driver can fall foul and end up with points on their licence.</p>

<p>Please note that the MOT has changed to now cover the towing point. More details to follow.</p>
