		<description>when talking about caravan weights 85% as a rule only aguide  but further along when refuring to light trailors you say there are no weight to vehicle ratios as long as you do not exceed vehicle or manufacturers specifications could anyone confirm this also aplies to caravans if the relevant licence is held ?</description>
